AGMB Healthcare Group was founded by Alma Gatuz and Mihnea Buzoianu on May 2023 to quickly become the top provider of innovative solutions to the current clinical, operational,  and regulatory issues in Skilled Nursing and other long-term care settings.  Alma is a Chief Nursing Officer for a healthcare organization who runs and operates 13 skilled nursing facilities in Illinois. Her real time experience and actual clinical practice unlatched her awareness and extreme desire to study and analyze gaps in nursing practice and provide solutions that can effectively be applied at bedside.  Alma shared stories of daily challenges at bedside to Mihnea Buzoianu that sparked similar intentions to come up with innovative tools, programs, systems, and products that will transform healthcare practices. Mihnea Buzoianu has many years of experience in Logistics being the Operations Manager. He oversees all aspects and details of moving products to ensure on time and on-budget results. He developed a culture to customized solution that’s right for his clients. His expertise to get supplies and equipment, including medical where they need to go in the most safe, reliable, and efficient way has received attention from multiple pharmaceutical and medical supply companies.
