AGMB Healthcare Group was founded by Alma Gatuz and Mihnea Buzoianu in May 2023.

Alma Gatuz

Alma Gatuz serves as the Chief Nursing Officer for a healthcare organization that operates 13 skilled nursing facilities in Illinois.

Her extensive hands-on experience and active clinical practice revealed significant gaps in nursing that needed addressing. Alma’s deep understanding of these issues fueled her desire to create effective solutions that can be applied directly at the bedside.

Her collaboration with Mihnea Buzoianu was sparked by sharing stories of daily nursing challenges, which led to the innovative ideas that AGMB Healthcare Group now offers.

Mihnea Buzoianu

Mihnea Buzoianu has a strong background in logistics, having served as an Operations Manager for many years.

At AGMB Healthcare Group, Mihnea oversees the safe, reliable, and efficient transportation of supplies and equipment, including medical supplies. His ability to deliver on-time and on-budget results while offering customized solutions has earned him recognition from various pharmaceutical and medical supply companies.
