The focus of this program is for the staff to make meaningful engagements when attending to the needs of residents and patients, conducting rounds, and safety checks.

3. It’s All About Me High Risk for Falls Indicator (Label Stickers). This could be placed on the resident’s door, headboards, assist devices, and other places decided by facility.  1 roll x 250 pcs
